Happiness er jonyo kono kichhur opor dependent hoye porlei problem. As long as your own mind and a good book are enough for exhilirating happiness, you are good. The moment an external factor slips in, unnoticed, despite a thousand precautions, tokkhoni tumi gachho. Ekkebare pa pichhle aloor dom. Tokhon tomay ulto gadhar pithe choriye, mathay ghol dhele, gram theke ber kore dewa uchit.

Koto bochhor laglo, eta bujhte? I had realised this some seven-eight years back, when I was 25ish.

Happiness and peace, contrary to popular beliefs, come from within. Joto external factor dhokabi toto case khabi.

Very True. In my case for Happiness, I need my own Mind, Solitude, good films/music/books, and in that order.

So many days I have put my phone in silent mode and have watched different films in different international languages for around 16 hours. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on the Bed. Only took the toilet breaks. Days filled with perfect Happiness.

But sadly, no matter how hard One tries, external factors still find a way to enter our Lives and disturb us and make us Unhappy...
